I think it has to do with BTC and buying bitcoin. They tell you you have been mining silently and have accumulated thousands of dollars waiting to be transferred to cash... you just have to pay the transfer cost via opening up a Bitcoin account and wallet etc etc etc ...
relentless scammers.
